Devlin in BREED???
August 16, 2009
That's right... The BCSA National Speciality is coming up, and since it is so close to home, I am going to enter some stuff. Devlin is going to do agility, rally and BREED! There is a Working Dog Sweepstakes that the dogs entered have to have at least 2 performance titles, and can be neutered... So, Dev is going to play! Should be fun! Still tossing around what, if anything, I want to enter Lil in, or she may just come for the ride... Possibley just a JWW run on Friday, when I am not working.. Her breeder is going to be there, so I want to bring her with.. Not sure if I want to enter her in Breed.. I have to work that day, and with so many dogs entered, judging takes forever... So if she works, it will just be agiltiy I think!

Contact Sports Camp.... ROCKED!
August 10, 2009
I counted it out ...Over 21 days, I did 15 full days of agility... And it rocked. Contact Sports Agility Camp with Stacy Peardot, Rhonda Carter, Jen Pinder and Rachel Sanders was awesome. I continued to learn a ton, and now I am hoping to take these new skills forward with my training and showing.
I have video posted on my training page if you want to see it!

Camp? Can I say... Awesome???
July 26, 2009
We had a fantstic time at camp! Stacy Peardot, Anne Braue, Karen Holik and Stephanie Spyr were are FANTASTIC. I have notes and video to study, to hopefully help me learn and improve even more. Check out my video on the training page... That is where I am going to continue to add video as I get it..
Have a camp with Stacy Peardot, Rhonda Carter, Jen Pinder and Rachel Sanders next weekend... Then Devlin gets a week off. The rest of our fall is busy, and I think he can use a break!

Why does getting ready for a trip....
July 13, 2009
Take way so much energy!!!! I am leaving on Friday for my training camp in Wyoming, and hitting an AKC trial on the way in Castle Rock, Colorado. Why does getting ready for a trip take so much work? I am just taking Dev and Lil, and Liz is staying home with my parents. Of course, I have at least 100 things to do... So much for a vacation!!!!

What a great 2008
December 21, 2008
It's been a while since I have posted, but it is time. What a great year it has been. And I have not been able to say that in a while. Not only did I finish nursing school, pass my boards and start practicing, but I had a great year in the pups as well.
Devlin finish 27 titles this year, and a total of 30 in his first active year of showing, plus now working on his MACH, NATCH and GRACH. Lil hs 3 agility titles under her belt, and has her first 2 points and 2 Best of Breeds. Liz is almost to her NATCH.
Hopefully 2009 will be as wonderful!

Almost an RN...
June 6, 2008
Having finally graduated from nursing school on May 4th, 2008- all I have ahead of me is boards. Studying everyday has become a requirement, and I am taking my test on June 17th, 2008... So wish me luck. Despite that, the kids and I are still dog showing, and doing well. We are also prepping for camp, which we leave for on July 12th. Devlin is going to be my primary working dog this year, as we still have a way to go to be a true team. Liz is going to be my back up, so he does not get too tired, and Lil will be working the elective. We are also excited because we get to see our friend Karen there, so it will be a blast all the way around!!!

And more WOW!!!!
December 5, 2007
Devlin was entered in his first AKC dog show in November. Once again going with the state of mind to train and tweek as needed. Once again not needing to. He Q'd in 5 of his 6 runs, with his two jumpers runs being the fastest of ALL the dogs there! His one NQ was minor, and he was such a good boy, that I can't complain. Then over Thanksgiving weekend, he was in an UKC trial, doing AGII for his first time... He finished his AGII title with a 200 and two 197s! On to the UACH. And to top this all off, that same weekend, he earned his first leg towards his CD! He is such a good boy, and so much fun to run! You will see us with the big wigs yet!
